Please have ALL the numbers from the engine and/or chassis. Emailing pictures in JPG format can also be helpful, just make sure the picture sizes are 1MB or less. If I need a higher resolution image I will request one from you.

Do not ask me how to negate safety interlocks or alter engines so they no longer meet the government standards. I have over 40 years experience in the power equipment field and have many certifications including a BS and MBA. I will attempt to assist you in solving your problem, as long as the solution is legally correct and proper.
